Excellent all around ! I seen Dr.Gowda over a couple concerns , she listened , looked ,explained, she was great about asking me for details and letting me try to explain poorly ahah. positive , kind while discussing any issues exactly what you want when worried about something. Thank you very much Dr. Gowda . I then met the two nurses that were absolutely amazing , Emily and Heidy ! they were extremely upbeat , positive , kind. they made something that can be worrisome the exact opposite ! they made sure to ask questions to double check , were extremely kind and reassuring with everything. had to have freezing done, which I can say was the least I have ever felt anything with any needles. That make such a big difference for people having anything done ! Then the stitches made sure I was frozen good before doing anything , asking if everything is all good mid stitches . Excellent stitch work ! extremely informative ,positive , kind while explaining everything . When I went back for the stitches removal and check, I then seen Heidy again . Once again extremely kind , positive , polite, upbeat. making it so much nicer to have something done . Thank you very much Emily and Heidy !
