After years of chronic back pain, my daughter recently underwent breast reduction surgery at GraceMed. Every single staff member we have interacted with has been top notch! Knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional, they have provided my daughter an excellent experience. Special shout out to Jill whose sense of humour and support were the icing on the cake. This has been a life-changing experience for my daughter and I’m grateful to the GraceMed team.
You know that feeling when you are desperate to find the best surgeon and staff that have your best interests at heart? I found them. I met Dr Grace and his amazing staff (feels like family at this point) for a breast ex-plant.
(I had already been to Gracemed in a Oakville for moles to be removed and was really impressed.)
I had my first consult in November 2023. I had a few complications since it was thought I had ruptured implants after a mammogram & ultrasound. With this in mind, I wanted them removed (they were 19yrs old) & new implants inserted, I had constant pain. My surgery was Tuesday this week, Feb 20th. I cannot believe how incredible the experience was. My theatre bed was heated! The anesthesiologist took his time me, the nurses were great (nurse Jen thank you). Dr Grace played my favourite music in theatre too! My surgery was at 10:30am, in theatre for approx 1 hour and walked out of recovery same day at 1pm. My recovery has been exceptional and with great support from the team and nurses. Today is day 5 and I’ve been out for a walk with my husband and our dog! I sleep well and truly feel blessed to have been a patient at Gracemed. I would highly recommend getting a consult with them - their services are extensive and they have 6 locations.
Look at the “before” and “after” pics on their website. I am so happy with my result. It can be so scary to make changes to your body … glad I had the best team. Shout out to Jill in the medical admin team … you are awesome!
