Procedure and Recovery
Arm contouring is performed under general anesthesia. Our surgeon will make incisions, typically on the inside or back of your arm, possibly extending from the underarm to just above the elbow. Excess skin is removed, underlying tissues are tightened, and fat may be reduced through liposuction to enhance the shape of your arms.
Recovery from arm skin tightening varies per individual but generally involves wearing compression garments to minimize swelling and support healing. Most clients can return to work within 2 weeks, with full recovery and resumption of strenuous activities by 6 weeks.
Like all surgeries, an upper Arm Lift carries risks such as scarring, asymmetry, and changes in skin sensation. Our team ensures the highest care standards to minimize these risks.
