Been working with McLean Clinic since early 2022 for top surgery. I must say from the start of my process with... Elizabeth, to the surgery day with Dr McLean and the nurses, as well as post op appointments with all of the nurses helping me my experience at this clinic has been nothing short of amazing. There was a lot of anxiety and questions I had leading up to surgery with sorting out post op care, as well as disability through my employer and Elizabeth made my experience SO smooth and stress free. Even when I had a question that she couldn’t answer she would always get back to me so quickly with an answer she did have even if it was her reaching out to someone else. Simply amazing! Right from the moment I walked through the door through to my surgery (lower face lift and upper eye... lid) and after care, I cannot say enough positive remarks on how welcoming, professional, and experienced/skilled the team is at GraceMed Mississisauga. From my first point of contact with Lisa, I was truly impressed. At this time I was shopping around for the best... service. I strongly believe that the initial point of contact is important. She gave me a confident feeling in GraceMed to have my procedure done. Throughout all of our communications she was very supportive and I felt no pressure. I am a few months post op from top surgery. From begining to end , everyone was amazing. Dr. Armstrong did a wonderful... job . I must also say Liz D is probably the most caring, kind and go beyond person throughout the whole process. Truly a hero and blessing for me to have had such an amazing human who really supported me with such kindness . She has her career but she is so much more. I had top surgery at this clinic 6 months ago and I couldn't have had a better experience. The wait list was much... shorter than I anticipated and Elizabeth (who took care of booking all my appointments and addressing my questions) is wonderful. She is very kind, compassionate, and made sure that I felt comfortable and ready throughout the entire process. I had my top surgery with Dr. Armstrong who gave me amazing top surgery results. I am very satisfied with how my scars look, and how easily they faded. More importantly, Dr. Armstrong listened to all my concerns prior to surgery. She even looked over pictures of top surgery results that I like in order give me the results that I wanted. She was able to make me feel very calm and at ease on my surgery day. Dr McLean is a stellar surgeon! I had a breast reduction done by him + his amazing team and I am incredibly satisfied.... He is professional and honest and he actively listens to your concerns/needs. Very happy with my results which exceeded my expectations in every way, but what really made this clinic stand out is... the staff. They are all incredibly supportive, patient, and friendly. From the first time I reached out to the clinic to post surgery followups, Elizabeth walked me through every step of the way, sometimes answering emails within minutes, and always made sure I had the right info and encouragement. Dr. McLean performed two procedures on me during separate surgeries. Both were very successful and in both cases Dr.... McLean and his entire staff were extremely pleasant, cheerful, supportive and patient. I faithfully followed all the instructions I was given, before the surgery and afterwards, and was told that by doing so I contributed greatly to the success I experienced. When it was found out that I was allergic to the prescribed pain meds the staff were quick to sooth me and provide relief.
