Commonly Asked Questions

How is a breast lift done without implants?

Yes, you can receive a breast lift without breast implants.  A breast lift is designed to remove excess skin, raise and/or reposition the nipple-areolar complex, and reshape native breast tissues in a way similar to a small implant in those that don’t want implants

Is there exercises that can lift the breasts?

By doing push-ups, incline or decline on a regular basis you are working your pectoral muscles, which can lead to more defined breasts over time. However, no exercise can directly tackle the issue of sagging breasts, as they are purely made up of fat tissue.

Can you breastfeed after a breast lift?

In general, breast lift surgery does not usually prevent or limit breast feeding ability. This can depend on the surgical proceedure used, but in the majority of cases used there is no impact on breastfeeding.
