What Is BTL Exilis Ultra^TM?

BTL Exilis Ultra^TM is a non-invasive device that simultaneously combines radiofrequency (RF) technology and ultrasound to tighten skin on the face and body. It safely heats the skin to a target temperature which stimulates new collagen production, leading to firmer skin. Exilis^TM may also be used to reduce stubborn pockets of fat, making it a versatile treatment for many patients.

What To Expect During BTL Exilis Ultra^TM Treatment 

BTL Exilis Ultra^TM treatment is comfortable and relaxing. Your medical aesthetician will first apply gel or oil to the treatment area. She will then glide the Exilis handpiece over the treatment area, heating the dermal layers of the skin to the desired temperature. Each treatment of a specific body part takes between 15-30 minutes. Most patients describe the sensation as being comparable to that of a hot stone massage. 

After the treatment, your skin will feel warm and be slightly pink in colour. This generally resolves quickly. There is no downtime after BTL Exilis Ultra^TM, and you can resume regular activities immediately after the treatment.

How Does SkinTyte Work?

What is The SkinTyte Treatment Like?

The SkinTyte light energy is delivered in a sequence of rapid, gentle pulses. There is no need for a topical anesthetic, however, your physician may choose to use one on more sensitive areas. A series of pulses will be repeated over the treatment area to ensure the best results. While the face and neck can typically be treated within 30 minutes, the actual time will depend on the area treated.

What Should I Expect After A SkinTyte Treatment?

You may experience some mild redness in the treated area immediately after treatment and this should return to normal within minutes. Since the SkinTyte procedure is non-invasive there is no downtime so you can resume regular activities immediately following treatment. You can also apply makeup and sunscreen after each session.
