Amy received her BScN degree and RN designation from the University of Ottawa in 2008. She went on complete her Masters in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner designation from the University of Toronto in 2013. Amy has been a nurse for 16 years, specializing in Aesthetic Medicine for the last 3 years.
Amy remains at the forefront of advancements in both medicine and aesthetics, staying informed about the latest techniques and technologies. This dedication ensures that her patients receive the most innovative and effective treatments available, while always prioritizing their safety and well-being.
Amy is currently a Nurse Injector alongside esteemed surgeon Dr. Kenneth Dickie at the Royal Centre of Plastic Surgery in Barrie. She began her nursing career in surgical oncology and high risk obstetrics at Sunnybrook Hospital in 2008. After obtaining her Nurse Practitioner designation, she worked as an NP for 8 years in community medicine before switching to medical aesthetics full time in 2021.
When she’s not at the clinic, Amy loves to garden, go camping, spend time with her family, and the occasional round of golf.
Amy believes in building genuine connections with patients, understanding their unique aesthetic goals, and collaborating with other specialties to achieve personalized and optimal results.
