I’ve been to a few other Medical Spas where they flat out insulted my face in order to upsell me and Grace Med literally did the opposite. While they could have suggested dozens of treatments and upsold me (I’d walked in feeling self-conscious about certain things), they chose to make me feel good about myself instead, and in doing so earned a lifelong customer!
