Inspired by the impacts that hormonal health can have on the body, Dr. Prouse is dedicated to improving the health and lives of her patients by combining her years of vast education and practice with her individual treatment approach to help each patient live a more balanced, focused, and centred life.
Kristy Prouse, BA, BSc, MD (OB/Gyn), FRCSC, is a leader in hormonal-health medicine with over 10 years of experience specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Passionate about hormonal health and advancing education within the field to her patients and practitioners alike, Dr. Prouse aims to set the standard in specialty medical education and patient care. Her practice philosophy is “To reach the greatest number of patients in need, maintaining the highest quality of care, educating both practitioners and patients in the process.”

Dr. Prouse has dedicated over a decade to practicing Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the Greater Toronto Area, earning accolades such as the Laparoscopic Surgery Award of Excellence. Her professional evolution led her to specialize further in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, completing additional training through the University of Southern Florida – School of Medicine. This specialized field focuses on the early detection, prevention, treatment, and reversal of age-related decline, optimizing the body’s natural healing mechanisms.
Educational Background
Dr. Prouse began her illustrious academic journey at the University of Western Ontario, earning a BA in Psychology, followed by a BSc in Genetics and Cell Biology at the University of Toronto. She then obtained her medical degree from Queen’s University, where she also completed her Obstetrics and Gynaecology training. As a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, Dr. Prouse has consistently pursued further education to enhance her expertise and keep at the forefront of medical advancements in women's health.
