The device then activates, directing focused electromagnetic energy to your pelvic floor muscles, inducing thousands of supramaximal pelvic floor muscle contractions. These contractions strengthen the muscles as much as performing thousands of Kegel exercises in a single session.
Recovery from an Emsella® procedure is immediate, allowing you to return to daily activities without any downtime. Some clients report a noticeable improvement after their first session, with optimal results typically observed after a series of treatments.
