Dr. Austin earned her Honours Bachelor of Science degree from Queen’s University with High Distinction and graduated from the Schulich School of Medicine at Western University, where she developed an interest in dermatology. Dr. Austin then completed a residency in Family Medicine at the University of Toronto and completed an intensive clinical traineeship in dermatology post-graduation. Additionally, Dr. Austin was awarded the Diploma of Practical Dermatology offered by the Department of Dermatology of the Cardiff University School of Medicine, in Wales, United Kingdom.

Dr. Austin serves the Oakville area and sees all things skin related (i.e. severe acne, eczema, psoriasis, lesions of concern, skin cancer surveillance, etc.), with a special interest in the early diagnosis of melanoma.
