Dr. Ashley has a special interest in Mental Health, Hormones, and Naturopathic Aesthetics. To advance her care in these areas she has completed a psychiatric preceptorship at the Waypoint Center for Mental Health, certification in Medical CBT for Anxiety and Depression, and Post-Graduate Training for Integrative Psychiatry.

Dr. Ashley has completed the Ontario Prescribing and Therapeutics Licensing Process allowing her to prescribe certain medications, and she is Intravenous Infusion Therapy Certified.

Educational Background

Dr. Ashley Nelson attended the University of Waterloo where she majored in Biology. After discovering the incredible value of Naturopathic Medicine, she enrolled in the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and received her Doctor of Naturopathy. She is licensed under the College of Naturopaths of Ontario [CONO].
