The leader in hormonal health medicine

The Institute for Hormonal Health is the premier integrative medical clinic in Canada specializing in the treatment of health issues that are hormonal in origin. The Institute utilizes state-of-the-art technology and an unparalleled team of medical professionals to provide the highest level of care.

Evidence-based medicine with naturopathic and nutritional support.

The Institute for Hormonal Health has created a program that integrates the evidence-based science of both Western medicine and naturopathic medicine, and anchored them on a foundation of nutritional science. This integrative approach enables the IHH team to treat the root causes of a hormonal issue, and not just the symptoms.

Dr. Ashley Nelson, ND believes firmly in the mind-body-spirit connection and aims to provide support on all levels to promote healing.

Dr. Nelson began her educational journey at the prestigious University of Waterloo, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree.
