The whole staff was absolutely amazing, from the consultation to recovery after surgery. The amount of support you... receive from everyone, including Dr. Boudana is not something you hear of quite often during plastic surgeries. I am very thankful for him, his whole team, and all that they offer. He really cared about every detail of my tummy tuck, and was very cautious of my sternum tattoo as well. Including the belly button placement , as mine had been removed in 2018 during an abdominal hernia repair. Removed scars from previous traumas I’ve endured since 2006. You can tell he cares very much about his clients and their results. I’m more than pleased and I’m only 10 days post op. I can’t thank him and his whole team enough! They have significantly changed my life , and I look forward to the recovery process!read more

The moment I walked into the office I was greeted with friendly chat. I spoke to Stacey first who asked me general... questions about myself and was ever so nice and then I spoke with Dr Boudana who thoroughly went over everything explaining the procedure so I understood every aspect pre and post expectations. Went to have a breast reduction after 14 year of contemplating the surgery. One of the staff members that spoke to me... the most was very condescending and dismissive the entire process. My questions had contradicting answers from different staff members, when I asked to speak with a medical professional I was denied multiple times and was also denied a pre-op. I wish I ran. I was giving the practice the benefit of the doubt during Covid especially since I heard great things about Dr. Rice. I really regret getting my surgery here. The entire experience has been traumatizing and Im reminded of it looking in the mirror every day. My nipples were repositioned at the top 1/4 of my breasts and easily slips out of full coverage bras. I got this surgery to improve my quality of life and in ways than I couldnt have imagined it has gotten worse.read more

I have just finished 4 separate surgeries needed on my face. Between surgeries and follow ups, I have seen Dr Rice and... his staff on a regular basis since February of 2021.Everyone at the office is polite, friendly, very professional; always taking the time to explain the procedures and expected outcomes.Dr. Rice, was the only surgeon even willing to look at me and try to help. The only one to give me sort of hope and relief. The only surgeon willing to do the surgery that was needed not only for my medical concerns but for my mental health as well. For, two years I suffered with so much uncertainty and the ever increasing pain in my head. I was desperately scared… until I met Dr Rice and his staff.Dr. Rice was straight up, kind and remarkably humble. I had a very positive experience. Dr. Rice is quite knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Cybelle followed up... and took the time to make sure the procedures will be done with no surprises. I think some of the negative comments are coming from people who want a "sales job". Cybelle was quite forward and realistic and perhaps that's what makes for the misconstrued comments. We all want to look like a model but realistic expectations should be discussed with all plastic surgeons. This isn't my first "rodeo" but I sure am excited about getting some "fine tuning" with Dr. Rice.read more

Dr. Rice seemed like a very kind and wonderful doctor (for the 5 minutes that we spoke for my consultation), however,... the woman he sent in to follow up was the most vicious and condescending person I have come across in a very long time. I was utterly shocked with her body language and the way she spoke to me. It took EVERYTHING in me to bite my tongue and wrap up the conversation so I could get the heck out of there. I was there for a breast implant removal consultation, which has been a severely difficult decision for me, and I walked out of there more confused then I went in. I can't really give anymore stars than one because I think Dr. Rice should have spent more than 5 minutes talking to me about my options before I was shifted to talking to someone about money. It felt like I was wasting there time. In hindsight I wish I had just snapped back, because people shouldn't get away with this blatant client abuse. If Dr. Rice is unaware of this then I would hope he takes action immediately to engage his staff in transitioning to respectful and ethical communication.read more

Hi is the best plastic surgery Dr, he helped me a lot with my previous surgery that olmos lose my life, I’m still going... to Dr Rice, I’m highly recommend, always make sure and check the record about the Dr, I have a bad experience about the previous Dr, but for Dr Rice hi is the best, and very compassion, take all the time, explain everything, I’m so happy, he helped me, because inglés isn’t my lenguaje, but he takes his time, 10 stars for himread more

I had a mini TT with some lipo and MR one week ago. I can't describe how happy when I see the results now although... there are still some swell and numb! Dr. Rice and his team did an excellent job!Three months ago I had the first virtual consultant with Dr Rice, by that time I didn't know anything about this surgery. Dr Rice explained his solution according to my requirement too as I didn't want to have full TT. Then I started to do more researches about this surgery on youTube, also check the reviews of different clinics. Honestly, a few of reviews about Dr Rice's staff made me have concerns, so I had consultation with a few other surgeons.Three months after I decided to meet Dr Rice in his clinic, immediately upon having my consultation I know he is the right Dr. His explanation gave me big motivation, all my worries were gone.My surgery got scheduled in 4 weeks originally but they got me a spot 3 weeks earlier as someone got rescheduled, really happy for not waiting too long :)Surgery went very well! All nurses were very very helpful, friendly. when I was in recovery room I asked them why some of reviews about staff are not great? I feel being taken care soooo well by you guys!! One nurse said yes, we have been always good, we take care of you! We had very happy conversations before I got discharged.Recovery has not been as bad as I expected. I could walk without any help next day, straight my back completely two days after. started going for short walk, grocery in day 5, it is getting better and better everyday.I really like to thank Dr Rice, Cybelle and all nurses for providing me such a pleasant experience! 🙂 🙂read more

EXCEPTIONAL!!! I visited Rice Cosmetic Clinic for a couple of different procedures that I am considering. From the... moment I walked into the office of Rice Cosmetic I felt at home. The office is stylish, clean and the staff are all friendly, helpful, patient and professional, they make you feel so at home, atmosphere is awesome. Those are some of the first things I noticed about this really wonderful clinic. I also think those are also great indicators of how well a business is run.Doctor Rice is unlike any other physician I have ever met. He took the time with me answered all my questions and explained the entire procedure. Not once did he rush through any explanation. As a doctor that is a rare quality these days. Dr. Rice is a 5 star surgeon. I agree with other reviews about his staff. They are strangely blunt and distant, 2-3... stars at best, which is why this is only a 4 star rating. They do the doctor a disservice. I encourage Dr. Rice to find support staff that are big hearted and warm like him.read more

This review is regarding my experience with reception and therefore my first impression with the practice. Called to... follow up on a referral and the receptionist was rude and seemed unwilling to help. She asked when my referral was sent, to which I answered I wasn't sure exactly when my doctor's office had sent the referral and the response was "we have hundreds of referrals so I won't be able to book you an appointment today." No attempt was made to help me with my request after that and I was confused, was it because she couldn't find the referral? So I said can I give you my name? At which point she said sure and found it. I then asked if I could book that appointment in the next few weeks and her answer was verbatim "no, as I said we have HUNDREDS of referrals before you" and went on to say she'd call me once she got through setting up appointments for everyone else. I understand she may feel overwhelmed with her workload, and that she may find my hope to schedule an appointment in the next few weeks unrealistic - fine. Kindly explain that it'll take some time. To be so dismissive to a patient seeking some help is unnecessary. Dr. Rice sounds great, but I agree with the previous poster - reception is the face of the clinic and is the first point of contact so establishing trust and providing good service is imperative.read more
